CoachIQ is a training project created by a team of 4 students who want to rethink the way sales soft skills are learned. Many current training methods help teams learn information, but not truly practice real human conversations or measure progress in communication.

CoachIQ was built to answer one simple goal: make soft skills training more realistic, personalized, and measurable, so sales teams can improve how they talk to customers and understand their own strengths.
